• We reserve the right to request valid photographic ID (passport, driving licence, PASS card) at the point of sale or delivery.
• Orders will be cancelled if age verification cannot be completed.

• Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and ensure fireworks are used in a safe and legal environment.
• We are not liable for injury, damage, or loss arising from the misuse of our products.

4. Product Availability

• We aim to ensure all items listed on our website are in stock.
• In the rare event a product is unavailable after purchase, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or a full refund.

5. Prices and Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT at the applicable rate.
• We accept major debit/credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
• Orders are only processed once payment has cleared in full.

6. Delivery

• Delivery information, timescales, and charges are outlined in our Delivery Policy.
• All deliveries require an adult (18+) signature upon receipt.
• We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or addresses outside the United Kingdom.

7. Refunds and Exchanges

• Due to the combustible nature of fireworks, returns are not accepted unless the goods are faulty or damaged upon delivery.
• If a product is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
• Refunds will only be issued once the fault is confirmed.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed due to the time-sensitive and hazardous nature of our products.
• This is an exception to the 14-day cooling-off period under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

9. Liability

• TOP SHOTTER FIREWORKS LIMITED will not be held responsible for any injury, damage, or loss caused by improper use of products.
• Our liability will not exceed the total value of the order.
